I'm a 68 year old diabetic, hypertensive with high cholesterol, on medication for all of them.i work long hours and do high energy exercise every day for a minimum of 30 minutes of late i felt low, unmotivated and unenthusiastic. i take espiride.

? : Although your are active and controlling your blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol, despite that you may be suffering from depression. Espiride would take time though, as any antidepressant, however try to maintain your active lifestyle, sleep and eat well, check the thyroid functions, if not checked already by your doctor, and keep the follow up appointments, best of luck

Depression: can manifest in low energy and your medical conditions may be the cause of depression. You are seeing your doctors and working out. Consider seeing a nutritionist to help you w/a healthy food plan which can help mood and energy level. Also consider seeing a mental health professional for talk therapy. Peace and good health.
