A doctor has provided 1 answer

Do not worry: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your WBC count is just above normal and mostly due to neutrophils, the latter suggest some infection rather than lymphoma. I am in agreement with your doctor.
