Yes, needs follow-up: You need prompt follow-up. The hypoechoic finding suggests this is solid which is more worrisome than if it were cystic (fluid or air filled). The irregular margins and morphology are also of concern and I suspect this all leads to a BiRads 4 designation which means up to a 30% chance this finding could be cancer. A biopsy is likely needed.
