OTC meds: sudafed, Mucinex (guaifenesin) and afrin nasal spray for a couple of days should help. If the pressure wound let up, go see your doctor

Good Afternoon, I have been sick since Saturday evening, no COVID, but upon blowing my nose my ear popped loudly. Since I was 9, tubes were put in my ears 3 x's ending at the age 14, both eardrums are cracked. Nausea, dizziness, headaches turn into migraines and unbalance Question is, usually my ear pops back after a day or so, but it's been 4 days and still feels like it's clogged. Should I use Debrox to unclog or get checked for possible Vertigo? Possibly both? Cracked/popped ear drum?
I also have spina bifida and have the last 24 hours felt queasy and some smells bother me a bit. also I'm peeing a lot of mucus today. ?
Had fluid behind 1 eardrum, it's gone now, but still have ringing in ear(barely noticeable). Is it possible that there is some mucous in eustachian tube that you can't see? Could covid cause this? Been 4 months about 99% better; how much longer?
My left ear has been an issue since July. Pain, pressure, hearing loss, some brown drainage that smells bad. Was told my eardrum is bulging. Help!?!?
