Possible sinusitis : One of the more common causes of bad breath is sinusitis. It doesn't have to be a bacterial sinusitis. It can be caused by a virus or allergies. Often you may feel a drip down the back of your throat and pressure when you lean forward. You should see your doctor to determine whether or not this is the case.
