Nasal decongestion: and antihistamine therapy. Use any generic 12 hr. nasal spray for no more than 3 days. Use nasal saline spray or gel every 3-4 hrs.( not applicable if you have hypertension). Hot steam showers and inhale steam through your nose. Lastly, use OTC antihistamine such as Zyrtec or Claritin.
