Depends on how big: it is and how long its been there? See an eye doctor, so it can be measured, and if it's causing a lot of tearing, you need medical help. So, your eye specialist can examine you, do a dilated fundoscopic exam to look inside your eye(s) too and give you a definitive answer. That's the best thing to do! Don't delay!
