Dry eyes: After seeing an eye doctor, consider behavioral issues, such as being in front of screens w/out taking a break every 20 minutes or so. Ask doc about blue light glasses and look into ways to shield your computer and phones from blue light. Peace and good health.

Allergic?: Itchy usually signifies allergy. Rubbing t he eyes may lead to irritation and even infection. Have you tried an antihistamine eye drop? If the itching and irritation involve the lids only, a contact allergy is likely. If the itching is on the eyeballs, airborne allergens are more likely
