Use artificial tears: It is common for contact lens wearers to complain of dry eyes. To improve your symptoms: use artificial tears to lubricate your eyes a few times a day, take breaks from reading and increase blinking, don't wear your contacts in dry environments (airplane), avoid sleeping or napping in your lenses. If the symptoms persist consider changing your contacts to a more oxygen permeable material.
