I accidentally put acetone nail polish in my eye to take my makeup off instead of makeup remover...it burned & i immediately flushed my eye with water for 10 minutes...it was fine & i went to bed but today it is pink and itchy again & kind of swollen?

This is most likely: a (chemical) (irritative") CONJUNCTIVITIS.... Use some "cal ming " eye drops eg: VISINE for "red eye/itchiness" and if no improvement in 48 hours see an Opthalmologist (Eye Doctor) for exam and treatment with more powerful anti-inflammatory medication.
