?panic attack: At such a young age, the most serious concern for a heart attack is less. You could have experienced a heart attack. Ok to get checked by a doctor/nurse.

See a cardiologist: And do this ASAP. This sounds like angina pectoris or even a mild myocardial infarction and you should be seen and evaluated ASAP. This is true even tho this would be incredibly unusual in somebody your age, but crushing chest pain should never be ignored, even when transient.
