See doctor: Please see a doctor to be evaluated with these symptoms. It could be any number of things from urgent to non urgent, but it does need to be evaluated.

Maybe ulcer: You need to see a doctor right away - if for nothing else but the throwing up blood. Combined, these symptoms suggest an ulcer or severe irritation of the esophagus and/or stomach. Regardless, you'll need to see a doctor for further evaluation and start of medication for this. But the bleeding is urgent since if you're too anemic, you may need a transfusion.
