Possibly. : You need to have your sputum rechecked for TB cultures as well as regular bacterial cultures. It's possible you may have resistant tuberculosis if you have persistent symptoms despite taking your medicine regularly. Please see your local treating doctor soon. In the meantime avoid coughing in the presence of others so as to prevent spread. Also cover your mouth while coughing.
