Will not hurt you &: check that it has live cultures, and that the milk that it's made from is Bovine Hormone Free, or you will be ingesting that too. There's so much to think about, so eating organic is the best, or make your own from organic milk as another option. Probiotics help us digest food better and keep our friendly bacteria growing happily to give us enzymes needed for our gut microbiome (culture).
