Nutrition & exercise: Sorry to be party pooper but there is no way to lose stomach fat quickly w/o resorting to surgery. Exercise will strength (stomach) muscles but need to eat healthy in order to shed fat to reveal 6 pack. Greek yogurt is latest rage w/plenty of protein but most yogurts aren't good source of fiber. Look to brightly or darkly colored fruits & veggies as well as whole grains for fiber. Aim for 25-36g/d.
