A member asked:

I'm told it's good to eat yogurt after taking lots of antibiotics. now i read eating alot of yogurt can actually cause disease, is this true?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The song says there's no such thing as too much fun, too much money, or a girl too pretty. Unfortunately, there is a problem with too much yogurt, or too much of almost anything else in life. The golden rule is "everything in moderation". Yogurt is mainly milk-sugar and it's byproducts, milk protein, and milk fat. Many yogurt items have added sugar. Sugar is likely the worst thing about yogurt.
