Good: I'm assuming that you're trying to conceive? Your endometrial thickness is great. If by "CL" you mean corpus luteum, then that, obviously, is a good sign as the corpus luteum supports the pregnancy with hCG until the placenta takes over. I'm not sure what your doctor/sonographer meant by FF+. FF on ultrasound sometimes means "free fluid" but did the doctor tell you it meant something else?
