PELVIC PAIN EVAL: IT MAY BE RELATED. Pelvic pain needs a through evaluation. You need a full exam/labs/pelvic exam. Also Abdominal &Pelvic US. This will help evaluate for cysts which may have ruptured. Also rarely<10% Appendicitis may be Left sided. Seek prompt attention if SX worsen acutely, go to the ER
