Severe pain/surgery: Severe pain is a indication to see a MD to evaluate the source of the pain ASAP. At that visit options for resolution will be discussed. The combination of endometriosis and PCOS make it more likely then not that surgery may be recommended for resolution if they are documented as the source of the pain.
