No: Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is a prescription antibiotic that does not have an over the counter equivalent. If you have another issue that you feel may be infectious as was apparently treated in the past with bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) then you should see the dr. Best wishes.
