i've had these three red bumps on my hands for months now i've asked my doctor them and was given bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and was unsuccessful, ideas?

See a dermatologist: Do they itch? Are they tender? It sounds like it is not an infection & you need special attention in order to best define, then treat this.
