Colitis: This sounds like a mild chronic colon infection. In Serbia, and in many areas of the USA, this might be Giardiasis, although there are numerous other possibilities. See a doctor and have this evaluated. The color of you stools and the brown/black lines have little if any relevance. Good luck and hope this clears up soon.
