It : It sounds like you have what is called steatorrhea which means "fatty stools". The yellow stuff is undigested fat. There can be many causes for this ranging from dietary issues to cancers. You should see your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist to find out what is wrong and solve the problem.

Undigested fat: The oily substance is undigested fat in the stool and is called steatorrhea. This can happen with inadequate digestion after an acute gastroenteritis or episode of vomiting/diarrhea, but otherwise one would be concerned about a gall bladder problem or other malabsorption issue. An evaluation by your doctor or gastroenterologist is recommended.
