Yesterday, i had bowel movement 3 times, every time i'd urge to poop. third time my feces were lightest yellow with yellow mucus. after that i felt a light pain around anus and felt some organ was there. today i feel fine. should i get a chekup?

This doesn't sound abnormal. Stool color depends almost entirely on foods eaten. But see a doctor if rectal pain continues or if you notice bleeding.
