Physical symptoms: along w/the classic signs of a panic attack means you need to find out how much is physical and how much psychological or what combo of both. Please start by seeing your doc and perhaps follow up w/a clinical psychologist depending on findings which are very real be they from psyche or body. Peace and good health.

Rapid heart rate: Possibly panic attack(s). Stop drinking coffee, tea, sodas with caffeine, and energy drinks. These will all speed up your heart rate. Consider doing yoga. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep.
