Hi TG: Minimize saturated fats - - i.e. animal fats. Maximize fruit, veg, whole grain oatmeal, nuts. Minimize sugar, breads, refined carbs. Avoid alcohol. Achieve dry weight. For protein, egg whites, fish, poultry - very lean - not fried. Exercise daily. Omega 3 Krill can help.
