Take her to doctor: Headache may be the result of a variety of conditions but if her blood pressure is very high and headache persists, she needs medical attention. Contact her doctor and tell her that you are concerned and that there are good treatments to help her feel better. If she truly does not wish medical care, you need to have a discussion with her about her wishes if something bad were to happen.
