Not sure: The string of pearls how we describe the ultrasound appearance of PCOS. This is an ultrasound finding and does not definitively mean someone has polycystic ovarian syndrome. Premarin (conjugated estrogens) is not a typical treatment for PCOS. Birth control pills, testosterone blockers, Progesterone like drugs and metformin are sometimes used to control the symptoms.
