A member asked:

Can swimming help or make scoliosis worse, and how? i'm wondering because there's a 90 degree pool, but i wouldn't want it to worsen my scoliosis.

Yes, swimming helps: Typically swimming does not worsen scoliosis.Rather good core strengthening from exercises like swimming, ellipticals &pilates are beneficial. We would need to also have more info about your pool.COnsideration would be for you to see a sports medicine or PMR MD & complete Physical therapy if you havent already.Once we know the degree of your curve that would help,in males these are often small.
