If you have an aneurysm of the aorta, would the bp be the same in both legs and both arms? what other blood tests and clinical findings could detect?

More info needed: Depends where along the aorta the aneurysm is. The aorta ascends from the left side of the heart and then takes a turn, diving downward toward a spot just before the pelvis, where it splits into the iliac arteries. A lateralizing effect of an aneurysm (or lack thereof) will depend on its location. You may require and abdominal ultrasound or CT angiogram for visualization.
