Some of your symptoms can occur with significant hyponatremia ( low serum sodium). High MPV is common with low platelet counts as a compensatory response. I recommend an evaluation by a hematologist because of your thrombocytopenia ( low platelets) , and to investigate & treat hyponatremia, an endocrinologist.
