Urgent care: With a fever and "draining" (I'm assuming your ear?), I would recommend you see your doc or go to an urgent care clinic for a proper physical examination, including an examination of the ear, surrounding structures, and your nose and throat. It is possible you may require antibiotics. Your baby may need to be seen too.
