Normal to get flush: red face from vigorous exercise as circulation is increased to your face, arms, legs and torso. It may not be the best to run in humid temperature if it's very hot, and you must hydrate as much as possible to not get dehydrated even in humidity. If your upper leg gets itchy, you may be releasing histamine during your intense exercise.Not sure I'm answering your question completely.Please resubmit.
