Teen traveling alone: Anxiety can be minimized by pre-planning and setting up what ifs. Running through scenerios and maybe even visiting the airport with airport services in advance could help. If your teen knows how to problem solve the common obstacles such as finding the restroom, who to ask for help, and having a way to get ahold of you for questions, some of the anxiety can be eliminated.
