Yes: There is a genetic predisposition for bipolar disorder. I cannot say whether or not you have such a predisposition. It is certainly possible that you have an anxiety disorder without being bipolar. A qualified psychologist or psychiatrist can determine what type of disorder you have and what you don't have.
