iam 16 years old and always had a productive cough and chest infection every year in winter.is it normal?

Cough in winter: If you get these symptoms only during the winter months it may be triggered by allergies and would recommend you have allergy testing done to see it is something you can avoid or get treatment for. I would also recommend you get your flu shot in late September annually.
