This is a toughie: You're 1 of those unlucky people whose tolerance of a broad spectrum of drugs is poor. This is important drug wisdom: Drugs that have few side effects are also likely to have fewer therapeutic effects. A possible approach may be "rational polypharmacy" where you add extremely low doses of 2 or 3 drugs cautiously 1 at a time; the drugs having complementary mechanisms of action. Good luck!
