I watch way too much tv and computer and have a little insomnia and rls. Do I have add or ADHD or is this normal?
How can i avoid tolerance developing of Gabapentin? i suffer from insomnia, RLS & neuropathy . It effectively serves me for said purpose but tolerance builds up & it looses effect for insomnia after every week of taking it regularly. Thanx?

I am taking Temazepam for RLS and Insomnia. My doc says if I can take weekends off of it he will prescribe it to me long term. Does this sound right?
