Probably not the med: These symptoms don't sound like things the thyroid med would cause. Perhaps you have a problem with circulation or the brain. See your doctor and get checked as soon as possible. Good luck!

Seems unrelated: Hi. I can't say anything for certain, not knowing your case, but I can't see adding a thyroid hormone to Prozac (fluoxetine) and topiramate for one week accounting for any of those symptoms. You should call your doctor and get her/his advice. Good luck!
