High Protein Lo Carb: with lots of fruit and vegetables. Consume at least 75 grams of protein daily from meat, poultry or fish and no more than 100 grams of carbohydrates (baked goods, bread, pasta, rice or potatoes) The carbs you consume should be whole grain if possible. Exercise will be important too, so exercise at least 150 minutes per week with walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or yoga. Good luck.
