Diet pills: Diet pills is not the best approach. Diet and exercise will take longer to lose weight but is much better for you even though it will take more time to get to the point you want. Half a pound a week is OK even if it takes a year to lose 25 pounds. You will feel much better this way than aiming for rapid bone loss. One thing that will happen to your benefit is converting your fat to muscle.
