I had a 3mm colon adenoma found at age 22, follow up exams at 23 and 27 both clear. no family history, how often should i be screened going forward?

Consult a Gastroente: A gastroenterologist who knows your case would be the best person to guide you about the frequency of future colon checks. In my view, once every 5 years, provided no new polyps have shown up in your next exam. Then it can be stretched to every 10 years provided no new polyps have shown up in your next examination.
