Cyst and gallstone: Where is the cyst? What are its features. ? Simple cysts with thin walls are not worrisome. Complex cysts with thick irregular walls are worrisome. Liver and kidney solitary cysts are common. Pancreas cysts are uncommon and worrisome. One gallstone could cause a future problem. Modify diet to low fat low cholesterol.
