Many possibilities: That constellation of symptoms could be caused by many different things, some of which are serious, like cancer. Some of the causes are very benign. It would take a visit to your doctor who would get a complete history and exam to start figuring out what the cause could be. Sometimes it takes longer than you think it should to get a diagnosis.
