A member asked:

Whats this lump on my lower left abdomen? constipated.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stool or tumor: Most likely if constipated, the 'lump' is retained stool. However in adults colon cancer or other pressure can cause a change in bowel habits. If you have experienced a change in bowel habits or see blood in stool, you should see your doctor as soon as possible.
