Plantar fasciits: The most common cause is plantar fasciitis-the strong band that runs under your arch and connects into the heel bone. Calf and heel stretches will help along with shoes for pronation.

Get evaluated: If pain persists get an evaluation by a local Podiatrist. You need to start a stretching exercises. Also physical therapy and custom orthotics might be in order.
