Custom Orthotic: You can try a custom orthotics. There are injections of Juvaderm or other fillers but just you know these are off-label, meaning not FDA approved.

Immediate evaluation: There are other tests to check for a rupture but even if you suspect it then you should be evaluated immediately. I would recommend an MRI.
