TMJ/Wisdom teeth: Hard to say. Are the teeth erupted? How are they affecting your TMJ? They are different issues generally and do not overlap. Removing the teeth will not solve the TMJ issue. See a knowledgeable TMJ dentist, solve the TMJ issue then address the wisdom teeth if needed.

Diagnosis?: Have you seen an Oral Surgeon? Has removal of wisdom tooth been recommended? Removing wisdom teeth usually does not "fix" joint dysfunction. You may need to have your occlusion and your joint function evaluated. In any event, however, if there are reasons for wisdom tooth extraction, probably best to do so.
