Possible drug rxn: If you've just changed your medicine from one to Trileptal - like any medication - you can have an allergic reaction to it. See your provider. Likely not due to your milk thistle/vit B issue you raised in the other question thread.

Could be serious: Most rashes that occur with Trileptal are not dangerous but some can be severe and serious. You need to contact your prescribing doctor as soon as possible for them to see you and check the rash.
