Diesel fuel on skin: Very good question. Placing your arm under running water for several minutes is best first intervention. Then, trepeated horough cleansing with soap is best antidote. Soap will create dissolvent action. Lather it thoroughly. Rinse under running water, repeat the lathering, rinse again, repeat lathering, rinse thoroughly. Likely, lno harm will ensue.

Diesal skin rash: First remove all clothes soaked with diesal fuel. Then wash vigorously with soap and water. The rash is from defatting and is similar to eczema. You can treat it with OTC 1% hydrocorticone cream twice daily. Be sure to wear plastic gloves or avoid eyes and wash hands thoroughly after application of cream. It can lead to cataracts and glaucoma if rubbed into the eye accidentally. Usu. not dangerous
